We have just moved to V4 Cloud from BT after receiving appalling service there. V4 Cloud have been very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, including Gill in Sales, Kashif who processed our order and Gavin who set up our Cloud Portal and service.

V4 came to visit as we were looking into a new phone system and mobiles. The presentation was excellent and everything technical was explained so we could understand! Prices were very competitive. We placed the order and from start to finish the complete team were so professional, nothing was too much trouble, always on the phone to answer questions during the changing over process. I would highly recommend V4 Cloud as a Telephone supplier.

We had been with our current provider for many years and felt we were just paying the bills every month and not getting anything out of it. We were a little nervous about switching but it turns out, it's very easy and not at all stressful. The lovely Dan came to our offices to demo the V4 Cloud phone system and we were blown away, not only by the phone system itself and the great looking handsets but the fact it was cheaper than our ancient system we currently had in place! The whole process from signing the deal, to the installation and after sales was seamless. Everyone at V4 was an absolute pleasure to deal with but a big shout out to Gavin and Kashif for their fantastic support and customer I'd highly recommend V4 Cloud to anyone.

I have found the team especially Gavin always helpful and tends to deal with issues immediately they are reported.

Kasif is always at the end of the phone to advise and support us when there are any problems. His training session was very helpful and easy to understand.

When I emailed support late in the evening to report an issue with our out-of-hours phone greeting, Gavin replied straight away and the problem was resolved really quickly. I'm really impressed with the customer service provided by Gavin and his support team.
