Telecoms Engineer | South
This is an opportunity to join a busy Engineering team to help support new & existing clients of V4 Cloud in Telecoms, Managed IT & Security Solutions. This role will mainly help with Level 2 escalation calls, monitoring & ensuring customer success, open tickets closing as per SLAs & shadowing any customer-site visits & Installs during the initial 3-6 months period of on the job learning.

This is an opportunity to join a busy ICT team to help support new & existing clients of V4 Cloud in Telecoms, Managed IT & Security Solutions.
New Business Consultant | North
As a part of the New Business Team for V4 Cloud, you will attend appointments with senior decision makers to demonstrate our award-winning phone systems. This role is new business focused and you will work closely with our internal sales team who will book approximately 20 face to face appointments into your diary per month including online leads based on proven close abilities & KPIs being met.
